Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • According to key account access strategy and market access policy environment, design\ execute and analyze programs for regional access team
  • Coordinate central KA projects and regional projects; According to the market strategy, design related projects, improve the utilization efficiency of resources,
  • Coordinate the activities of KA project and BU project, integrate resources, strengthen cooperation, and achieve fully coverage of T1000 target hospitals.
  • Enhance Takeda brand image and products’ value proposition among key stakeholders through driving win-win partnership.

Qualifications &

Level of Education

Bachelors and above

Working Experience in Relevant Field

  • At least 3 years of experience in Key Account or Marketing in China Pharma industry 
  • Project management or consulting experience a plus

Professional Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong business acumen
  • Outstanding track record in strategic planning roles
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate strategy and plans with clear logic flow and confidence. Able to lead team meetings towards productive discussion and alignment
  • Good project management skills to deliver on complex tasks within tight timeframe and milestones.
  • Good at teamwork and self-motivated.
  • Innovative sense and willing to drive a complex and changing environment and effectively manage and resolve issues from access perspective.
  • Awareness of and adherence to the company’s credo and compliance requirement.
  • Able to independently drive creative solutions and establish connections both internally and externally
  • Fluency in written and oral English and Chinese is essential.
