Greater Boston Area

The global headquarters for our business units: R&D, Global Oncology, and Global Vaccines, is located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. A few miles outside of the city, our U.S. Business Unit and Patient Value & Product Safety teams operate out of Lexington. And despite being headquartered in other Takeda hub locations, many of our business units and corporate functions have a strong presence throughout the greater Boston area.

Our presence in this area demonstrates not only a commitment to company growth and innovation in our core focus areas, but also to the wider industry. We’re also interested in supporting the region’s economic success through employment, partnerships, learning opportunities and community outreach.

Across the greater Boston area, we are active corporate citizens. Our award-winning corporate citizenship program, Living Through Giving (LTG), consists of annual company-wide events and programs, including charity walks and cancer awareness activities.
