Job Description

OBJECTIVE
• Manage the commercial biomarker & diagnostic business for CD30 / ALK / EGFR Exon 20 etc.
• Establish and ensure execution of indication specific diagnostic strategy and oversee the Commercial Biomarker (CBio) Team
• Engage oncologists and pathologist to educate on CDx/Biomarker clinical utility, establish testing access and quality through marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Contact region on commercial biomarker business and support cross functional business including sales, branding, medical and internal stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Closely work with team leader to make the product’s Bio-marker launch strategy and plan execution
• Responsible for organizing, leading and developing projects and action plans in accordance with national biomarker strategy
• Set up 30 centers for COE (center of excellence). Build KOL development program, regional diagnosis training program and doctor education program
• Work with Medical Biomarker Team to cover 100 hospitals for CD30, education and training for doctors and MDT program, solve issue related to biomarker diagnosis (e.g. testing rate, positivity rate)
• Establish good partnership with CDx, pathologies or third-party diagnosis company (for central labs)
• Strictly follow COMPLIANCE Policy for all promotional activities

Qualifications & Skills:
Level of Education

• Bachelor Degree or above, major in Clinical Medicine, Pharmaceutical or life science related

Working Experience in Relevant Field

• More than 3years working experience in pharma industry
• More than 1year’s experience in diagnosis or Biomarker
• Good at operational excellence
• Strong cross-functional collaboration ability
