Brand and Customer Manager (BCM) (m/f/d) – Rare Diseases

in a permanent position/ full time at the location Vienna (Euro Plaza).

Working both in-field and office based, the BCM holds combined Product Manager and Key Account Manager responsibilities. In this highly empowered and entrepreneurial position, the BCM is responsible for the development of insights based strategic plans and tactical execution as well as the promotion of our HAE portfolio and direct engagement with prioritized HCP, improving the patient journey of patients with HAE.

Your tasks in detail:

  • Account and Network-Management within the relevant target group (mainly dermatologists) all over Austria.
  • Development of value-based partnerships and projects in co-creation with KOLs and relevant stakeholders aiming to improve the patient journey and add value to the HAE ecosystem.
  • Ongoing collection of actionable market, customer, patient, and competitor-insights enabling data driven decision making.
  • Responsible for strategic and tactical planning including its execution and performance monitoring.
  • Execution of tactical plans and customer engagement in general is delivered in an omnichannel manner and based on customer insights & preferences.
  • Development and execution of campaign & customer journeys, differentiating and promoting our HAE portfolio as well as providing valuable disease education to our target group.
  • Defining, forecasting, and delivering on ambitious revenue targets.
  • Responsible for diligent management of the assigned promotional budget.
  • Close and effective cross functional collaboration as well as cross country collaboration leveraging synergies and best practices.

Your profile:

  • Certified pharmaceutical representative (Pharmareferent/in) or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in (pharma) account- or sales management.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in (pharma) product management.
  • Experience in Rare Diseases is preferred.
  • Experience in digital marketing is an advantage and digital savviness is preferred.
  • Openness to orchestrate customer engagement via multiple channels.
  • Ability to approach customers individually and offer solutions based on their needs.
  • Open-minded, eager for innovation and thinking out of the box.
  • Highly motivated, optimistic and resilient personality.
  • Fluent in German and English language.
  • Driving license, category B.

For this important and responsible position, the minimum salary is € 3,922.15 gross/month (full-time, KV chem. Industrie). The actual salary package depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
