PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION TRAINEE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll Trainee. As a Payroll Trainee, you will be responsible for time attendance control and input, as well as managing basic queries related to time attendance and labor law. You will also assist in ticket management and provide support for any labor law inquiries.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Control and input time attendance data accurately and efficiently
• Manage basic queries related to time attendance and provide appropriate solutions
• Assist in ticket management and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to provide accurate information to employees
• Analyze payroll data and generate reports as required
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth payroll operations
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize them effectively
• Maintain precise and organized records of payroll activities
• Continuously learn and adapt to changes in payroll processes and systems
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels

SKILLS and CAPABILITIES

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze data effectively
• Mentally curious and eager to learn new concepts and skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle relationships at different levels
