Job Description

Missions :

L’alternant assiste le/la chef de produit dans la mise en œuvre des actions et projets stratégiques autour du lymphome et du myélome.

Principales responsabilités :

Sous la responsabilité du Chef de Produit,

  • Mise en œuvre le plan tactique du produit, en coordination avec l’ensemble des départements (Médical, Market Access, Ventes, Patient Advocacy, Digital etc) :
  • Elaboration des outils marketing, en collaboration avec l’ensemble des départements et avec l'agence de communication, selon la stratégie de communication de la marque, jusqu’à leur déploiement
  • Participation à la préparation des plénières et sessions de training lors des séminaires afin de contribuer à l’adhésion de la force de vente et assurer un déploiement optimal des tactiques
  • Accroissement de notre offre multicanale à travers la mise en place de nouveaux outils digitaux et de l’optimisation de ceux existants
  • Participation aux groupes de travail et groupes produit
  • Être force de proposition et développer des outils/idées répondant à des besoins identifiés

Compétences requises : expertise scientifique, esprit analytique et synthèse, anglais (lu, écrit, parlé courant)

Qualités requises : Rigueur, proactivité, curiosité, créativité, capacité à travailler de façon cross fonctionnelle, leadership et autonomie

Formation : Etudiant(e) en fin de cursus Bac +5/+6 avec double compétence scientifique et marketing (pharmacien, biologiste, ingénieur, école de commerce) et attiré(e) par le digital

Durée : 12 mois ou 24 mois
