Job Description
About the role:
At Takeda Neuchâtel, Excellence in operations is a cornerstone of our mission to supply medicines to our patients. To support this ambition, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to join our Business Excellence team to strategically shape and implement our eAgile Operating System Operational Excellence framework. The candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a Lean and Six Sigma framework and culture at the site, working closely with operational teams, site leadership team and the Business Excellence teams locally and globally.
How you will contribute:
Development and implementation of a Lean Six Sigma Operational Excellence System (eAgile Operating System) and continuous improvement culture in close cooperation with the operational departments, site leaders and the rest of the Business Excellence team
Functional leadership and implementation of Lean Six Sigma best practices and tools to optimize processes including complex problem solving (Rapid Response process).
Leadership and ownership of the site Rapid Response process: actively lead or coach complex problem solving for critical issues impacting site performance, develop and maintain related standards, tools and training process.
Working closely with local and global operational excellence and eAgile teams as well as production and support departments to identify and deliver value is an essential part of your role.
You are responsible for supporting and fostering the implementation of standardized and robust processes.
You establish a culture of continuous improvement at the site.
You actively involve all employees and accompany the change process.
You will be responsible for training and coaching employees including site leaders to provide them with in-depth knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools, problem analysis and problem-solving.
You will take an active role within the local and global Operational Excellence Community of Practice.
Part of your job will also be to help shape and implement the site's eAGILE roadmap.
What you bring to Takeda:
You have a degree in natural sciences, engineering or business administration or a comparable degree.
You are a certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Six Sigma Master Black Belt as well as strong experience in Lean Manufacturing and Lean Management
You have relevant experience in a comparable position and recognized expertise within the field of operational excellence.
As a Natural Leader, you have good skills in dealing with people and building networks.
You are experienced in training and coaching at all levels of the organization.
You have extensive experience in project management, especially in the area of operational excellence.
You are familiar with working in cross-functional teams.
You are characterized by initiative, an independent and structured way of working as well as a goal-oriented problem-solving approach, a practical approach and a result-oriented working style.
You are a strong communicator and a team player.
You are familiar with change management, you are convincing and have experience in stakeholder management at all levels.
Very good MS Office skills and digital savviness as well as analytical and technical understanding are among your strengths.
