Job Description
成田工場は主に血漿由来の治療薬を製造しています。患者の命を救い、信頼できる血漿由来の治療薬を製造することを、最大の使命として、社会貢献する高い役割を担っています。成田工場では原薬(血漿分画)製造工程、製剤製造工程、検査包装工程と、血漿から製剤までの一貫した製造工程を持ち、幅広い製造技術や知識を所有しています。「命」に直結する製剤が主力製品であるため、責任の重さは重大であり、「命」を守る仕事のやりがいと尊さは、何事にも代えがたいものがあります。高い専門性と製造技術を誇る成田工場で、さらなる成長と活躍をご一緒に経験しましょう。
【職務内容】
- 医薬品（注射剤）の製造作業（分画、精製、製剤、検査包装の４グループで構成されています）
- 上記製造業務に付帯関連する業務（準備・片付け・清掃など）
※業務具体例（配属グループ及び経験スキルに応じます。）
- クリーンルーム内外での製造機器の操作
- 使用する器具・部品の洗浄
- 製造環境の清掃、消毒
- 用水設備、空調設備の維持管理
- 製品検査・包装
- 標準作業手順書、作業記録書の制改訂などのパソコン業務
- 医薬品製造のために必要な教育の受講
【応募要件】
- 製造設備の機械操作やクリーンルーム内の作業に対応できる方 (経験不問)
- 基本的なPCスキル（ワード・エクセル）を有する方
- 手順を遵守し、丁寧に作業ができる方
- 交替勤務に対応できる方
※医薬品業界や製造の業務経験は問いません。

休日：土曜、日曜、祝日、メーデー、年末年始など（年間123日程度）
