Job Description
MISSÃO
Este cargo tem como missão principal elaborar, monitorar e fazer cumprir o sequenciamento da programação de pesagem e formulações, em conjunto com os demais departamentos envolvidos na Programação, dentro das normas de Boas Práticas de Fabricação, código de conduta, política e diretrizes da empresa.
ATIVIDADES E RESPONSABILIDADES
- Realizar o sequenciamento ideal da programação das áreas de pesagem, formulações de sólidos, líquidos e semissólidos, baseado nas necessidade e programações realizadas pelo time de Planejamento, levando sempre em consideração os requisitos de produção, os prazos de entrega e os padrões de qualidade exigidos;
- Servir de suporte para o monitoramento diário da produção nas reuniões de programação de produção, para antecipação das necessidades de reprogramação;
- Realizar interface com as áreas de embalagem para identificar necessidades de reprogramações ou oportunidades de ganhos nas programações;
- Colaborar com a supervisão das áreas de pesagem e formulações a fim de auxiliar nas análises de capacidade e eficiência das áreas de pesagem e formulações, identificando oportunidades de otimização e implementando melhorias contínuas nos processos;
- Coordenar junto a área de Engenharia a programação de manutenção preventiva e corretiva dos equipamentos e instalações das áreas de pesagem e formulações;
- Sinalizar e acompanhar necessidades e riscos na disponibilidade de materiais frente as variações na execução do plano de produção e nas datas de entregas informadas pela área de planejamento;
- Preparar e analisar relatórios de produção e qualidade, para fins de acompanhamento e controle do desempenho dos equipamentos, visando identificar desvios no processo produtivo e providenciando as respectivas correções;
COMPETÊNCIAS PROFISSIONAIS/ PRÉ-REQUISITOS
- Desejável experiência comprovada na função;
- Ensino superior completo;
- Inglês Intermediário.
