We are hiring now an experienced CRM and Content Management Lead, to join our Data, Digital & Technology CSEE team.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

As part of the Central, South and Eastern European (CSEE) DD&T team and putting our patient at the heart of everything we do, you will play a significant role in transforming our Local Operations (LOCs), into the most trusted, science-driven, digital biopharmaceutical company. Your work will support to accelerate the DD&T capabilities and impact for the CSEE countries, by leveraging cross-LOC collaboration and agile ways of working. Working in close collaboration with the CSEE cross-functional partners, as well as regional and LOC teams, you will:

  • Lead the development of CRM and Content Management system (eg. Promomats, MARV) strategy and capabilities for CSEE
  • Be the CSEE product owner for CRM and represent CSEE in the EUCAN (Europe and Canada) CRM Community in CRM roadmap and enhancements discussions.
  • Rollout the Content Excellence capabilities in Takeda’s content management systems in partnership with LOC champions

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Establish standard ways of working and processes to optimize CRM utilization in the CSEE LOCs
  • Closely collaborate with LOCs CRM Ops and ensure the local teams follow CRM data standards and compliance requirements
  • Leads on all change projects and major infrastructure changes related to CRM and Content Management systems
  • Represent CSEE in the EUCAN CRM forum, propose improvements and escalate issues
  • Define CRM training program(s) addressing specific needs for CSEE, leveraging materials produced by EUCAN and collaborating with CRM Ops for local delivery
  • Drive the rollout of new capabilities in the Content Management systems, such as content authoring (Shaman), tagging, content sharing and reuse capabilities, DAM, Content data generation and modular content
  • Ensure data standards are aligned between CRM and Content Management systems
  • Act as a connector between EUCAN CRM & PromoMats team and CSEE LOCs, ensuring needs & requirements of CSEE LOCs are reflected on EUCAN level and representing CSEE voice in EUCAN
  • Responsible for change management and communication in the CSEE countries to enhance use and importance of customer and content data and associated systems and technology.
  • Drive cross LOC collaboration and seek opportunity to leverage LOC work, steal with pride & scale up across CSEE LOCs
  • Drives consent management strategy and being the point of contact for CSEE countries.

  • Has knowledge, understanding, and passion for Agile Ways of working and has the capability to lead by example

COMPETENCIES and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of commercial IT/technology, preferably within the Life Sciences Industry
  • In-depth understanding of the commercial business. Ability to translate between technical and non-technical language.
  • Knowledge and experience of customer excellence and customer relationship management, preferably in Life Sciences.
  • Experience with Vault or Salesforce CRM and required, certifications preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with Content Management systems and DAM, namely VAULT
  • Knowledge and experience with Content Authoring tools
  • Project Management and Change Management Experience

Role Locations: Can be based in the Netherlands, Belgium, or any other country in South/Eastern Europe.
