The Opportunity

The Solution Architect develops innovative solutions and technology strategies and owns the E2E solution design strategy across teams. Solution Architects make recommendations for new procedures and overall architectural approaches, partnering with enterprise architects. This solution architect will be responsible for designing our Third Party Risk Management solution that is responsible analyzing and minimizing the risks associated with our third-party vendors or service providers

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Standards & Strategy

  • Recommend and advocate target architecture, architecture strategy and vision and processes.
  • Accountable for solution evaluation and selection, buy vs. build decisions, and early-phase project estimates which contribute to the business case.
  • Gain acceptance of high-level design and detailed design documentation through enterprise and peer design reviews.
  • Create solutions that are aligned to architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets.
  • Consult to projects and application support groups regarding architecture related concerns and direction, as well as alignment to overall IT strategy.

Technical Architecture

  • Drive the overall technical design and end-to-end solution design for assigned initiatives.
  • Design reference and application architectures based on specific business constraints, requirements and dependencies.
  • Design architecture components, including design and documentation of architecture relevant system or software changes or enhancements to all assigned systems.
  • Review and identify gaps in architecture and solution designs, assess and define remediation efforts or mitigation options.
  • Drive cross domain initiatives that are supported by E2E Design, apply digital standards to project
  • Solution Architecture, and drive Technical Strategy and architectural tradeoff discussions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements that the system analysts and other technical team members include in the project design and delivery.

  • Experience in vendor risk management systems (e.g. SAP Ariba, Apex Analytics) and several of our enterprise platforms would be preferred (e.g. SAP, ServiceNow) as well as working with agile development teams.

Salary

As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 4 500 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
