Responsibilities
Oversight of general Identity Governance operations and support teams, including Takeda’s User Access Management team and Takeda’s IGA platform Operations team
Monitor the performance, reliability and availability of the IGA platform and ensure operational run books are maintained and updated.
Responsible for timely remediation of ServiceNow tickets, requests, and escalations assigned to “SecRskMgmtIdentityAccessMgmtGLBL” queue and “SecRskMgmtIdentityAutomationGLBL”
Remediate (proactively when possible) unsuccessful network access for joiners, leavers, and movers and failed access requests
Orchestrate the completion of bulk requests, including bulk joiners, bulk access provisioning, bulk decommissioning or access removal, and offboarding of inactive workers
Assist in the assessment of duplicate employee HR records and recommend corrective actions to responsible teams
Review Daily EY Ops PowerBI Dashboard and ensure corrective actions are taken on any failed J/L/Ms or issues related to the IGA platform
Adhoc special assignments, projects, and reports as assigned by IAM Leadership
Assist in gathering evidence for internal and external audits, as well as provide evidence for Takeda organizations outside of IAM
Implement continuous improvement in IAM processes, reducing inefficiencies, and improving Takeda’s risk posture.
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of experience with ITSM tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).
1+ years of experience with IT governance tools (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, etc.).
5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
2+ years of work experience in Identity and Access Management systems: Understanding of IAM principals, methodology, and solutions including access control (rolebased and discretionary), authentication, authorization, provisioning, approvals, and workflows.
Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Active Directory.
Working knowledge of security, audit and compliance frameworks.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, determine requirements and participate in multiple largescale projects.
Excellent time management, organizational, communication skills.
Fluency in O365 Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
