The Global Brand Excellence Lead Lead is responsible for (i) developing and implementing a consistent enterprise wide Global Brand Planning approach and process, (ii) driving an end-to-end approach to improve standards / quality of Global and Product-level brand plans and (iii) Innovate Takeda’s Brand Plan capability and scalability through developing best in class framework, process and technology

Responsibilities

Global Brand Planning Framework  and Timelines

Identify and implement an end-to-end approach to improve standards and quality of brand plans (e.g. Building Blocks, Situational Analysis) and evaluate opportunities to improve brand plan workflow (e.g. digitization)

Identify opportunities to create an even closer Strategic Planning link with Commercial Medical and Market Access whilst remaining concordant at all times

Define and socialize Global to Local timeline and be responsible for set-up and organization of Global Brand Plans reviews

Drive organisational alignment to a common set of Strategic Imperatives across Medical, Access and Commercial as a common platform to build out tactics specific to each function

Lead Brand Planning survey to measure KPIs and level of satisfaction, and to identify improvements to next cycle


Global Brand Planning Innovation

Identify opportunities to innovate collaboration, acceleration and alignment with other functions, regions and processes

Build Takeda’s Brand Plan capabilities and sustainability through technology and processes e.g. Cloud based systems, Brand Excellence Platform, etc,  with best in class structure, materials and system architecture

Lead Brand Planning innovation to ensure that Global and LOC teams tailor approach to the Local Market Situation e.g. execute the right deliverables and tactics to optimize market traction and brand growth

Support and enable Takeda’s Brand Plan Governance process

Drive use of the Brand Excellence website as one stop shop for Brand Planning materials, information, timelines and best practices

Identify and share internal and external brand planning best practices to raise the bar of Takeda globalbrand plans

Efficiency Projects

Identify, define and lead key projects with core objective to improve efficiencies at a Global, Region and LOC Level (e.g. Brand Planning effort & time) including running pilots to learn and then cascade learnings across the organization
