Job Description

Role Objective

  • Create a local strategy in aligment with regional guidelines and principals
  • Lead the implementation of Multi Channel Engagement (MCE) strategy and policies accros departments and organizations
  • Lead a full integration of MCE into businesses
  • Scout and recomed up-to-date technologies and solutions for digital communication
  • Create a platform for a proactive cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Set a direction for a MCE content and manage its implementation
  • Mentor marketing/sales/medical team
  • Collaborate with marketing and medical colleagues and participate in digital content creation based on customer insights and journeys
  • Be proactive in planning; anticipate change and act in accordance; drive meticulous implementation of multichannel goals and metrics.
  • Effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders in a crossfunctional environment; frequent communication with senior management on progress of digital projects
  • Attend external digital updates, be proactive in seeking out innovation within the multichannel space
  • Foster and drive a culture of continuous and breakthrough improvement; develops a culture of challenging status quo through benchmarking against best practice
  • Planning and production of digital content with external vendors and vendor management
  • Driving adaptation and implementation of multichannel tactics across the cluster
  • Continuously maintaining and developing portals, websites, apps together with local stakeholders and external partners 
  • Work with SEO and guide local relevant changes
  • Optimise customer experience and ensure engagement is increased with HCPs is a key outcome
  • Implement Customer feedback incorporation into digital platforms
  • Ongoing MCE Excellence support to the marketing team
  • Provide input into digital marketing plan for priority products/portfolios
  • Train, support and up skill colleagues on usage of digital platforms and tools
  • Develop a strong understanding of the local business, departments, current digital activities, regulations and policies in order to provide digital solutions fit to the needs of the business ;
  • Maintain frequent communications with business on identification and sourcing of best-in-class local digital marketing partners, and manage existing partner relations;
  • Select and manage relationships with preferred providers and agencies;
  • Act as an advisor to support and enable internal partners to identify actionable insights to be leveraged in developing digital activities all the way from idea generation to implementation;
  • Select, prioritize and plan digital funding activities (e.g. budgeting, business case creation support, bidding process for experiment funding, monitoring of funded experiments, recommendations for project extensions);
  • Budget Management - develop an operating budget to monitor and control expenditures & manage variances between budgeted and actual expenditures of time and resources;
  • Liaise with business units on a frequent basis to communicate on digital marketing principles and in parallel gather the needs of the local businesses;
  • Perform periodic assessment and testing of new and existing digital assets, ensuring compliance with established standards and guidelines;
