Act as owner of the crisis management for Takeda in Japan (TPC), and ensure a coordinated approach to crisis management globally. Create the vision/strategy for crisis management.
Supervise the creation/updating/improvement of the crisis management plan, crisis management team planning documentation, training schedules and the crisis management “playbook”
Supervise the planning of drills, trainings and exercises across TPC
Act as a lead of the crisis management committee
Lead crisis management activities in emergency situations
In times of crisis, play a lead role in coordinating with business units, functions and business partner organizations
Help in business units, functions and business partner organizations prepare for crises, and do crisis management drills
