Takeda has received reports that there are instances of identity thieves posing as Takeda employees in an attempt to steal personal information from job seekers. In these cases, identity thieves visit job-related websites and invite candidates to online chats. During the chat, they press job seekers to provide bank account information and personal identification numbers. If you receive unexpected offers of employment from people claiming to work for Takeda, we suggest you do not correspond with them, do not click any hyperlinks and do not open any attachments.
At Takeda, we will never ask for personal financial information during any step of the interview nor do we charge job seekers fees as part of the recruitment process. Takeda’s recruiting correspondence will be sent by a recruiting representative with an @takeda.com email address – not @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com or any other email domain service.

(Senior) Launch Excellence Manager
The role is to support launch preparations and to develop innovative solutions for launch challenges, and to actively manage uncertainties in order to maximize the value of Takeda’s brands in Taiwan.
He/She is responsible for delivering and facilitating cross-functional alignment to a globally consistent launch framework and process for country launch planning and execution. He/She would lead the performance and the workflows of Taiwan’s launch management and in-licensing activities to maximize the potential of our innovative product launches.
Ensure understanding of all stakeholders through advanced research techniques and derive key insights for launch, build cross-functional market understanding to educate on integrated strategy that aligns with Takeda’s vision
Lead “Future State” development of Taiwan Launch Readiness content and assets including transparency of launch priority / sequence status
Lead the processes of analyzing and determining market opportunity of Takeda Taiwan pipeline and in-licensing products by working with cross-functional teams in developing target product profile, product positioning, early stage market planning, customer segmentation and strategic market development activities
Lead Taiwan’s implementation and on-going use of “Takeda” Country Launch Readiness Framework approach to accelerate Country launch planning & execution against Globally defined “Must Haves” within priority markets agreed with GEMLT & franchise Leads
Lead the diagnosis of readiness gaps early, facilitate process and ensure alignment among global/GEM/APAC launch plan / brand strategy plan in order to create a brand that maximizes sales uptake in the short run and its overall value in the long run
Ensure collaboration between LOCs, APAC, GEM and Global to ensure best practice sharing and transfer of launch excellence knowledge / capabilities across the region
Critical functional knowledge
Proven understanding of Taiwan regulatory affairs, healthcare market, national health insurance system and local pharmaceutical industry to identify launch risk/opportunity analysis, critical successful factors and facilitate the launch preparation
Proven ability in marketing and sales and ability to develop approaches and methods to identify and derive market and customer that critical for launch sequences and maximizing launch product values
Proven ability to, identify business opportunities, develop analytics-based strategic plans, establish cross-functional/geography partnerships and drive actionable decisions to deliver on short and long-term growth targets and operational excellence
Proven interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility collaborate with them on implementing key initiatives
Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities
Strong cross-functional team player with a true international mindset
Ability to quickly build collaborative working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
Extensive knowledge of marketing and sales and brand planning in pharmaceutical industry

Proven experiences in brand planning and launch excellence
Deep knowledge in Taiwan pharmaceutical industry
Bachelor’s degree in Biological and Medical Sciences, or Medicine or equivalent knowledge experience is preferred
Business knowledge, MBA preferred
Marketing & Sales knowledge or equivalent knowledge excellence
Fluent English speaker to ensure effective communication across the region and to Global
5+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry
Candidates must show strong results orientation and a true international mind-set
Strong project management skills are required + ability to multi-task
