Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Verpackungsteams für die neue Takeda Impfstoffproduktion
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Track & Trace-Team am Standort Singen und Global
  • Abstimmung der Aktivitäten mit Produktion, IT, Automatisierung und Engineering
  • Erstellung/Schulung der relevanten GMP-Dokumente
  • Qualifizierung der Track & Trace-Anlagen inklusive Change Control
  • Mitarbeit im Automatisierungsteam des Bereichs Impfstoffverpackung
  • Aufrechterhaltung des Systembetriebs und Störungsbehebung
  • Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, Fehleranalysen und Nachverfolgung der Korrekturmaßnahmen (CAPA)

Ihr Profil

  • Techniker/Bachelor/Master in Engineering oder Automatisierung
  • Erfahrung mit gängigen Automatisierungssystemen (z.B. PLC/HMI/SCADA)
  • Praktische Erfahrungen in der Konfiguration, dem Betrieb sowie in der Fehlerbeseitigung von Anlagen
  • Erfahrung mit Serialisierungssystemen (Track&Trace) wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute technische und erste GMP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse
  • Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
