Site IT Integration Expert (all genders)

Your primary accountabilities:

  • Responsible for technical integration, reliable operation, control and improvement of System Interfaces within manufacturing & lab environment (such as SAP, MES PAS-X, LIMS, Historian, OEE Controls and others)

  • Support Takeda’s digitalization strategy by further identifying, planning and coordinating improvement potentials and further gathering, processing and utilizing data from the manufacturing environment

  • Support global and local IT projects and initiatives

  • Acts as system owner in a team of experts

  • Track, Control and visualize information

  • Close collaboration with business owners, system owners, sponsors, project managers, local and global IT, automation and engineering teams to understand, support and improve technical processes

  • Support the continuous alignment of a secure infrastructure, system and application life cycle management in the manufacturing environment

  • Ensure the adherence to GxP, global Takeda and site regulations within Site manufacturing domain and compliant documentation

  • Ensuring proactive and effective communication as well as risk and incident mitigation by facilitating meetings and acting as/providing primary contact for issues relating to system interfaces

Your profile:

  • SAP and MES experience (preferrable WERUM PAS-X)

  • Sound knowledge on business & manufacturing processes in life science industry

  • Experience in the management and execution of technical projects

  • Practice efficient time management and coordinates tasks, working in an international environment

  • Ability to build on extensive in-depth knowledge within the technical area of expertise and to enhance their own skills

  • Experience working with project management processes and agile methodologies

  • Business fluent proficiency in English and German (written and oral)

  • Preferably Know-how in Computer System Validation (CSV), data integrity, RPA, PowerBI and cyber security
