Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Steuerung der Instandhaltungsstrategie für den Standort Singen
  • Verantwortlich für die Zuverlässigkeit, Wartung und LifeCycle-Management der Produktionsanlagen
  • Entwicklung und Verbesserung von SMED und Umstellungsstrategien zusammen mit dem Produktionsteam
  • Kontaktperson und Verantwortlicher für das Wartungsbudget, Wartungspläne, langfristige Austauschpläne, Ersatzteile und Durchführung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Verwaltung und Entwicklung des Standortwartungsteams sowie Schulung des Wartungsteams
  • Implementierung autonomer und vorbeugender Wartung sowie entsprechender Wartungsprogramme
  • Implementierung der Problemlösungsstruktur auf Workshop-Ebene
  • Verantwortlich für die Abteilungsdokumentation und Überwachung externer Lieferanten und Dienstleister
  • Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der cGxP und EHS-Vorschriften und Richtlinien
  • Entwicklung langfristiger und nachhaltiger Lösungen für technische Abweichungen
  • Unterstützt Investitionsprojekte bei allen Fragen zur Instandhaltung von Anlagen
  • Verantwortlich für die Verfügbarkeit und TCO von Ersatzteilen

Ihr Profil

  • Hochschul- und Universitätsabschluss in Maschinebau, Elektrotechnik oder ähnliche Fachbereiche
  • Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in der Wartung und 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Pharmaindustrie oder Lebensmittelindustrie
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, analytische und innovative Denkweise und Belastbarkeit
  • Erfahrung im Projekt- und Programmmanagement
  • Fähigkeit FMEA, 5WHY und ähnliche Problemlösungstools anzuwenden
  • Erfahrung mit AM-PM, vorzugsweise praktische Implementierungserfahrung
  • SAP aktive Benutzererfahrung, speziell SAP-PM
  • Kenntnisse zur Bereitstellung einer zuverlässigen Wartungsstrategie
  • Basiswissen in Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsprozessen
  • Erfahrungen in der Kooperation und Koordinierung mit Anlagenlieferanten und damit verbundenen Standortdiensten
  • Erfahrung im Verhandeln von Serviceverträgen mit externen Serviceanbietern
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Zusätzlich gewünschte Fähigkeiten:

  • Know-how in SPS und SCADA-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse im Gebäude- und Umweltüberwachungssystem
  • Erfahrung und Know-how bei Audits (z.B. FDA) als technischer Experte

Your Responsibilities

  • Developing and driving site maintenance strategy  
  • Responsible for equipment reliability, maintenance and lifecycle management of production equipment
  • Responsible of development and training of maintenance teams
  • Responsible to develop and improve SMED and equipment changeover strategies together with production teams
  • Responsible for the site maintenance budget, maintenance plans, long term equipment replacement plans, spare parts and execution of continuous improvement activities
  • Managing and developing site maintenance team
  • Implementation of autonomous maintenance, preventive maintenance and respective maintenance programs with excellence
  • Implementation of root cause problem solving structure at workshop level
  • Responsible  for department documentation and for supervision of external suppliers and service providers
  • Responsible for the adherence to cGxP and EHS regulations and guidelines
  • Developing long term sustainable solutions for technical deviations
  • Supports investment projects in all questions of plant maintenance
  • Responsible for availability and TCO of spare parts

Your Profile

  • University degree in Mechanical Electrical engineering or similar education
  • At least 8 years’ experience of maintenance and 5 years of people management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or food industry
  • High communication skills, analytical mind-set, ability to work under pressure
  • Innovative thinking, experience in project and program management
  • Experience to performing FMEA,5WHY and similar root cause problem solving activities
  • Experience with AM-PM, preferably hands on implementation experience
  • SAP active user experience, specifically on SAP-PM
  • Know-how to deploying a reliable maintenance strategy
  • Basic know how in qualification and validation processes
  • Knowledge in establishing and coordinating relationship with equipment suppliers and related site services
  • Know-how to negotiating service contracts with external service providers
  • Business fluent proficiency in English & German

Additional desired Skills:

  • Know How in PLC and SCADA systems
  • Knowledge in Building and Environmental Monitoring System
  • Has skills and know how to present during audits (e.g. FDA) as technical expert
