Ihre Aufgaben

  • Definition von aseptischen Reinigungsverfahren für Räume und Anlagen
  • Dokumentation und Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen
  • Permanenter Verbesserungsprozess der aseptischen Arbeitsweise und des Hygienekonzepts
  • Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, CCAs, CAPAs und Risikoanalysen mit mikrobiologischem Hintergrund
  • Betreuung von Media Fills
  • Bewertung der Messergebnisse aller Monitoringsysteme
  • Beauftragter für Pest Control in der Produktion und Ansprechpartner für externe Reinigungsdienstleister
  • Erstellen und Überarbeiten von SOPs
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zur Abteilung Mikrobiologie
  • Mitarbeit bei Lieferantenaudits und Behördeninspektionen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium z. B. der Hygienetechnik, Pharmatechnik, Pharmazie, Mikrobiologie oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit Abschluss als Techniker oder Meister
  • Erfahrung im GMP-Umfeld der pharmazeutischen Industrie erforderlich
  • Hohes Maß an Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
  • Strukturiertes und zielorientiertes Arbeiten
