Job Description


Owner of pricing and market access strategy for responsible brand(s). Develop access plans based on insight on brand-specific market access opportunity and challenges. Drive cross-function collaboration to construct access solution and implement action 


Develop pricing and market access strategy & plan:

  • Develop access and pricing strategy for product brands
  • Integrate all available information including access policy, market dynamics, product features, and business goals to maximize pricing and access opportunities
  • Determine launch and reimbursement pricing strategy with brand team, finance, and global counterparts
  • Develop key message and lobbying strategy
  • Provide access insight and forecast for pipeline products

Develop core reimbursement dossier

  • Engage global access team, medical, and brand team to capture complete and latest data
  • Develop product value dossiers and reimbursement submission
  • Engage HEOR team for BIA/CEA studies to support access strategy
  • Develop communication tools
  • Interview with key customers to guide and pressure-test dossier

Coordinate MA cross function team activities:

  • Be a leader in aligning access and pricing strategy across market access functions, brand teams, and global teams
  • Lead taskforce in access-related projects and events
  • Prepare access plans that are integrated into product brand plans
  • Build up the partnership with key functional departments

Manage key customer relationship

  • Support market access teams to evelop programs/activities to engage key stakeholders
  • When needed, field visit key stakeholders for latest information, policy shaping, or product introduction

Team management

  • 1 direct report: Value Development Manager
  • Lead direct report to deliver outputs
  • Provide coaching and foster growth
