Job Description

  • To drive the development, implementation and improvements of the operational processes to increase sales force efficiency & effectiveness in order to maximize the market share for the organization within the country

  • Reports to Sales Force Effectiveness Manager in Commercial Operations department 

  • To implement improvement plans to address sales force effectiveness needs (segmentation, targeting and sales force mapping) and to track progress of implementation
  • To design incentive plan and roll out including management of sales target and incentive payment base on the performance with CHC sales and marketing
  • To compute & compile sales incentives earning based on accurate sales tracking process
  • To conduct market analysis based on insight and understanding for OTC market, competition & business model
  • To analyze CHC sales by products, accounts and partners based on data migration
  • To monitor and track based on sales KPI
  • To drive and manage implementation of CRM  roll-out, monitoring, evaluation        
  • To support Veeva launching and implementation of Veeva

<Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience>

  • More than 5 years working experience in OTC marketing, sales, sales planning or sales operations
  • Experience related to sales force effective  or trade marketing in consumer industry will be preferred
  • Strategic thinking and analytic skills
  • SAP, Tableau & CRM capabilities
  • Strong team player and cross-functional communication skills
  • Results oriented, driven, overcoming challenges, self-starter, independent
  • English level: intermediates
