Job Description

[Reports to] CHC Marketing Manager

[Requirement]

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy or similar discipline
  • Working experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare industry, pharmacy or academia
  • Business English
  • MS office skill
  • Certified Pharmacist

[Purpose of job]

  • Develop solid science marketing strategy and plan
  • Maximize scientific approach to HCP with OTC portfolio
  • Develop advocacy group among HCPs
  • Reinforce medical contents development & execution
  • Strengthen new product launch plan in science marketing perspective

[Activities & responsibilities]

  • Develop scientific marketing plan aligned with long-term business goal
    • MRP & quarterly plan sharing with commercial
    • Budget planning, execution and managmenet
  • Develop scientific marketing contents
    • Detailing aids & training materials involving merchandizing
    • Slides for medical purpose meeting : Seminar & symposium slide
    • Medical references searching and consulting before Zinc review
  • Support and deliver the value and integral insight to the customers through scientific support to meet the needs of the local medical community in support of national product strategies
    • Educations & training for internal sales team, partner sales team, w/s and pharmacists
    • Support and manage medical advisor’s lecture
    • Manage and develop KOL through scientific communication, advisory board meeting and preview of global speakers’ presentation slides
    • Conduct product seminars, congress and symposium
  • Develop advocacy group and external stakeholders management in HCP sector sponsored CHC director
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues to actively support medical and scientific meetings by collecting and interpreting insights/presentations/results
    • Collaborate with Medical teams and other cross-functional groups
  • Review new product launch feasibility and develop scientific marketing contents for new product launch plan
