Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITON/ROLE

To build strong brand equity and loyal customer, CHC Brand Manager should develop solid brand strategy and execute effective marketing activity which aligned with CHC vision.  

Takeda Korea CHC’s strategic ambition is to operate in major OTC healthcare categories and build further our strong global position. To achieve this, Takeda Korea CHC need to develop appropriate and timely communication to HCP & consumers with the aim of increasing our brand awareness and distributions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To develop brand strategies that supports the overall attainment of brand goals, in both pre and post marketing phases
  • To develop and prepare tactical deliverables in line with the agreed HCP & consumer strategies for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with local and global programs
  • Development of cycle programs for assigned brands to support the Pharmacy sales team
  • Development of Educational programs directed at HCP & consumer to help deliver long term business goals for assigned brands
  • Development of Public Relations program for assigned brands
  • To contribute to the development of the annual HCP & consumer marketing plan, specifically ensuring that HCP & consumer and key recommender issues and initiatives are identified and resources agreed in the planning process
  • Work with Sales Teams to ensure all elements of marketing strategy are achievable and achieved
  • To manage the assigned brand marketing budget
  • To work with the local advertising and PR agency to develop marketing programs
  • To work with global professional relations team feeding into the development of global strategies and initiatives as well as implement locally global activities
  • To review and craft claims for HCP & consumer space, and appropriate provide claim support where required for consumer communication
  • To identify key HCP Conferences, seminars and exhibitions involving HCPs and position TPKs participation in these events
  • To share key insights, trends and best practice gleaned from HCP and consumers with the brand team to drive portfolio development opportunities
  • Cross Functional Working: To contribute to the work of cross functional product teams to facilitate a cohesive approach to the marketing and sales of Takeda products
  • Training: To train sales representatives over products, competitors and other marketing materials (product slides) in collaboration with sales trainer(s) and other department such as medical

QUALIFICATION

  • Over 5 years of experience in Consumer healthCare and pharmaceutical industry
  • Have experience on brand communication and strategy
  •  Good English communication skill
