Key Responsibilities

  • To assist Product managers, BU Director & sales Director in the daily work
  • To be involved in the Follow up of sales education actions decided
  • To support the sales team in the daily work
  • Be a link between the Sales teams and the other departments

Follow up of the sales & medical education activities (congresses, Regional meeting, PR, stand alone meetings, promotional shipments to the field) Follow up of the sales /Key account activities Organize the sales convention Organize logistics for the meetings (travel, accommodation, entertainment, bookings) Support the BU head

Profile :

  • Experience in sales administration ("BTS action commerciale or Assistanat de direction")
  • Previous work experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a Marketing assistant or sales assistant
  • Good written and spoken English required
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Ability to communicate with the sales force, external agencies, KOL and the HQ managers
  • Ability to work flexibly in a small focused team
  • Highly motivated
  • Computer literate
