■Support Solution Specialist■


Are you looking for a patient-focused, innovation-driven company that will inspire you and empower you to shine? Join us as a Support Solution Specialist in our Japan office.

Here, you will be a vital contributor to our inspiring, bold mission. As a Support Solution Specialist working on the Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) Solutions Hub team, you will be empowered to provide expertise and support in the broad Source-to-Pay process. In this role, you will contribute to Takeda’s mission by enabling simple and compliant solutions globally. A typical day will include:

  • Receiving and processing Procurement, Accounts Payable and Travel & Expenses support requests from local countries through the ticketing system, phone, email, chat
  • Supporting users with Service Now system and processes (e.g. Purchase order creation activity, AP and T&E operations, incident error troubleshooting)
  • Working closely with second line support (IT, Accounts Payable, Master Data, Contract team, Accounting and Reporting) to provide stakeholders with end-to-end solution 
  • Providing pro-active feedback on how to improve the process and drive continues improvement projects
  • Supporting projects when required (e.g. roll outs, systems implementations)

Required qualifications:

  • Background in Procurement, Accounts Payable, Customer Service, Travel & Expenses would be an asset 
  • Bachelor’s degree required, business major desirable
  • English is a must
  • Local language is a must (Japanese)
  • Ability to work in an international team-based environment remotely, intercultural skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, able to prioritize work
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize the workload
  • Stress resistance, discipline, dedication
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team remotely
  • Customer orientation

タケダビジネスソリューションズ ソリューションズハブチームのサポート・ソリューション・スペシャリストは、Source to Payプロセスにおいてサポートと専門知識を提供します。簡素化とグローバルな問題解決によってタケダのミッションに貢献します。


  • チケットシステム、電話、Eメール、チャットを通して、購買、Account payable (AP)、Travel & Expenses に関する問い合わせ、サポート依頼の受領・対応
  • Service Nowシステム(日本は今後導入予定)を利用したユーザーサポート(購入申請作成、トラブルシューティングなど)
  • セカンドラインサポート(IT、AP、マスターデータ、コントラクト、レポーティング等の各チーム)と協力し、ステークホルダーにend to endの解決策を提供する。
  • プロセス改善に関する積極的なフィードバックを行う。
  • 必要に応じたプロジェクトサポート(ロールアウト、システム実装)


  • 購買、AP、カスタマーサービス、Travel & Expenses関係のいずれかの職務経験のある方
  • 学士号(ビジネス専攻が望ましい)
  • 英語力必須
  • 日本語能力必須

賞与: 原則年2回

勤務時間:本社(大阪市中央区・東京都中央区)9:00~17:30 、工場(山口県光市・大阪市淀川区)8:00~16:45 、研究所(神奈川県藤沢市)9:00~17:45

Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
Paid Leaves: Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Refresh Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
