-Lead cross-functional regional supply and launch teams (SLT) through supply planning, launch planning and execution of new products
-Participate in and contribute to global product team (GSCM) and to portfolio projects for achievement of goals and milestones
-Ensure rollout of Takeda global best practices for launch excellence
-Responsible for Supply Chain implementation planning for Product Launches.
-Lead the SLT - Supply and Launch Team, to develop, track/monitor the progress of “Supply Chain Implementation Plan”.
-Communicate with Commercial/Market as primary contact person during Launch.
-Responsible for initial launches and subsequent market expansion, providing support to market during LCM activities such as MA changes or re-submissions
-Participate in GSCM team (Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing team) where e.g. the mid to long term Global Commercial Supply Chain strategy is developed.

[Education, Experience and Skills]
- BS or MS degree in Pharmacy/Engineering or Sciences
- 6+ years work experience from Pharm industry in Supply Chain, Manufacturing
and/or CMC development (Regulatory or QA experience is an advantage)
- 3+ years experience in cross functional Project/Product Management
- 6+ years experience from working in an international organization
- Intermediate/Advanced skill in collaboration (managing stakeholders)
- Fluency in English, written, spoken and understanding
- Fluency in Japanese
