Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leiten von Investitionsprojekten: selbstständige Planung, Durchführung, Kostenkontrolle sowie Erstellen von Dokumentationen für Maschinen und Anlagen des gesamten Produktionsbereiches (Herstellung und Verpackung)
  • Erstellen von Lastenheften/Ausschreibungsunterlagen sowie termingerechte Beschaffung neuer Maschinen und Anlagen im Rahmen der Projektarbeit
  • Durchführung von Erstqualifizierungen einschließlich Erstellung zugehöriger Dokumentation
  • Erstellen von SOPs, Bedienungs-, Wartungs- und Kalibriervorschriften

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium, möglichst Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder Pharmatechnik
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Technik in der pharmazeutischen Industrie oder in vergleichbarem industriellen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Projekterfahrung bei Investitionsvorhaben im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen sowie CAD-Grundkenntnisse
  • Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Flexibilität sowie selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Agiles, analytisches und innovatives Denkvermögen sowie sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Primary accountabilities:

  • Management of investment projects: independent planning, implementation, cost control as well as preparation of documentation for machines and equipment in the entire production area (production and packaging)
  • Preparation of requirement specifications/tender documents as well as on-schedule procurement of new machines and equipment as part of project work
  • Execution of initial qualifications including preparation of associated documentation
  • Creation of SOPs, operating, maintenance and calibration instructions

The preferred candidate has/is:

  • Degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering, process engineering or pharmaceutical engineering
  • Relevant experience in the field of technology in the pharmaceutical industry or in a comparable industrial environment
  • Solid Project experience with investment projects in the field of mechanical engineering and plant construction
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications and basic CAD knowledge
  • Initiative, assertiveness, flexibility and an independent and team-oriented way of working
  • Agility, analytical and innovative thinking skills and also very good organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and German
