Ihre Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Sicherstellen der vorschriftsgemäßen Produktherstellung
  • Sicherstellung, dass die Produkte ordnungsgemäß gekennzeichnet und gelagert werden.
  • Sicherstellung der Aus- und Weiterbildung des Personals im Bereich Verpackung
  • Genehmigung und Einhaltung der Fertigungsanweisungen
  • Bewertung und Dokumentation von Abweichungen in Produktion und Lagerung nach pharmazeutischen Gesichtspunkten
  • Sicherstellung der Umsetzung aller notwendigen Validierungen der Herstellungsprozesse
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsanweisungen für den Verpackungsbereich
  • Sicherstellung der notwendigen erstmaligen und fortlaufenden Einführung von Änderungskontrollverfahren
  • Unterstützung der Qualified Person
  • Führung und Motivation seiner Mitarbeiter nach den Takeda-Führungsgrundsätzen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Fertigungsprozessen
  • Teilnahme an Transfers von Fertigungsprozessen zwischen verschiedenen Produktionsstandorten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Optimierungs- und Investitionsprojekten
  • Sicherstellung einer patientenorientierten Produktion auf einer wettbewerbsintensiven Basis (Produktivität, Qualität und Reaktionsfähigkeit der Anwendungskette)

Ihr Profil

  • Studium der Pharmazie mit Zulassung zur Ausübung der Pharmazie nach AAppO und BApO oder Abschluss in Natur- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften
  • Effektive und engagierte Führungsqualitäten
  • Effektive analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten.
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen.
  • Engagement, Agilität, Führungskompetenz, Flexibilität sowie selbständiges und teamorientiertes Arbeiten.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit sowie Berufserfahrung in einem interdisziplinären Aufgabengebiet.
  • Veränderungsbereitschaft und Kreativität, um sie zielorientiert zu gestalten und umzusetzen.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Primary accountabilities:

  • Ensuring that products are manufactured in accordance with regulations
  • ensuring that products are properly labelled and stored
  • Ensuring all initial and ongoing training of personnel in packaging
  • Approval of and compliance with the manufacturing instructions
  • Evaluation and documentation of deviations in production and storage according to pharmaceutical aspects
  • Ensuring the implementation of all necessary validations of the manufacturing processes
  • Preparation and maintenance of work instructions for the packaging sector
  • Ensuring the necessary initial and ongoing introduction of change control procedures
  • Support of the Qualified Person
  • Leadership and motivation of his subordinates according to the Takeda Leadership Principles
  • Involvement in the development of manufacturing processes
  • Participation in transfers of manufacturing processes between different production sites
  • Participation in the preparation and implementation of optimization and investment projects
  • Ensuring patient-oriented production on a highly competitive basis (productivity, quality and responsiveness of the application chain)

The preferred candidate has/ is:

  • Degree in pharmacy with license to practise pharmacy according to AAppO and BApO or degree in natural or engineering sciences
  • Effective and committed leadership qualities
  • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with supervisors, colleagues and individuals inside and outside the company.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Several years of leadership experience in comparable positions.
  • Commitment, agility, leadership competence, flexibility as well as independent and team-oriented work.
  • Willingness to change and creativity in order to design and implement them in a goal-oriented manner.
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills as well as professional experience in an interdisciplinary area of responsibilities.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
