Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter im Bereich Maintenance
  • Entwicklung und Schulung von Instandhaltungsteams
  • Entwicklung, Förderung und Verbesserung von modernen Strategien und Konzepten für Instandhaltung
  • Verantwortung für Zuverlässigkeit und kontinuierlicher Verfügbarkeit der Maschinen und Anlagen am Standort, deren Wartung sowie Lifecycle-Management
  • Sicherstellung der Betreiberpflichten
  • Entwicklung und Verbesserung von SMED-Strategien sowie autonomer Instandhaltung im Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion
  • Verantwortung für das Instandhaltungsbudget des Standorts, der Wartungspläne, die langfristigen Austauschpläne für Anlagen, die Ersatzteile und die Durchführung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Management externer Dienstleister
  • Implementierung globaler Standards
  • Zusammenarbeit und Austausch mit regionalen und globalen Teams

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium, möglichst Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder Gebäudetechnik
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Technik in der pharmazeutischen Industrie oder in vergleichbarem industriellen Umfeld
  • Führungserfahrung in vergleichbarer Tätigkeit gepaart mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Lean Management, TPM und agiler Methoden sowie ein breites Spektrum an Problemlösungsstrategien
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit SAP PM, SPS und SCADA-Systemen
  • Selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Agiles, analytisches und innovatives Denkvermögen sowie sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift


Primary accountabilities:

  • Professional and disciplinary management of employees in the Maintenance department
  • Development and training of maintenance teams
  • Development, promotion and improvement of modern maintenance strategies and concepts
  • Responsibility for the reliability and continuous availability of machines and plants at the site, their maintenance and lifecycle management
  • Safeguarding of operator obligations
  • Development and improvement of SMED strategies and autonomous maintenance in cooperation with the production department
  • Responsibility for the site maintenance budget, maintenance plans, long-term replacement plans for equipment, spare parts and the implementation of continuous improvement measures
  • Management of external service providers
  • Implementation of global standards
  • Cooperation and exchange with regional and global teams

The preferred candidate has/is:

  • Degree in engineering studies, preferably in mechanical engineering, process engineering or building services engineering
  • Relevant experience in the field of technology in the pharmaceutical industry or in a comparable industrial environment
  • Leadership experience in comparable activities paired with strong communication skills
  • Excellent experience in project management, lean management, TPM and agile methods as well as a broad spectrum of problem solving strategies
  • Practical experience with SAP PM, SPS and SCADA systems
  • Independent and team-oriented way of working
  • Agile, analytical and innovative thinking skills as well as very good organisational skills
  • Business fluent in English and German
