Master Data Process & Governance Analyst

As a Master Data Process & Governance Analyst working in Master Data team, you will:

  • Lead and execute Master Data process improvement projects, which involves the gathering of information, running workshops with a broad base of stakeholders, writing-up reports, running and supervising successful and on-time completion of projects
  • Document As-is and To-be Master Data processes, by flow-charting, process documentation, SOP and Work Instruction writing
  • Continuously monitor the performance of the Data process to identify improvement or automation opportunities using analytical methodology and software, so the Data Operations will ever become leaner and best-in-class
  • Be the first line of escalation related to Master Data process issues
  • Lead Master Data process transitions
  • Prepare input for weekly Master Data SLA review
  • Cooperate with the MDM Leadership team regarding process performance review, service portfolio update, transition methodology and global projects
  • Support and lead the implementation of LSS methodology

Required qualifications:

  • Profound experience in Master Data processes, preferably with SAP products
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, or comparable qualification
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (including advanced XML data analysis capabilities, MS Visio with BPMN 2.0)
  • Enjoy working with people and abstract processes
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Experience in small-scale Project Management and the related methodology would be an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, information technology, or statistics would be an asset

 Desired:

  • Improvement-oriented mindset (focused on such techniques as Lean/Kaizen)
  • Interest/experience in external innovations and automation (ERP, WF, Robotics, AI)
  • General curious mindset
  • Building relationships and trust through challenging the status quo
