This is a vital role within the People Solutions function — a dynamic team within Takeda Business Solutions. People Solutions is a newly formed function within Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) with the objective of enabling Takeda’s business strategy, delivering simplification, improving service and ensuring a positive employee experience. ‘Building and Delivering Simplified and Innovative Solutions’ is our overarching vision with Patients at the centre of all that we do.
As a HRSolutions Manager; Employee Lifecycle, you will be responsible for the employee lifecycle operations of a global pharmaceutical business. Reporting to the Global Employee Lifecycle Lead you will be an innovative, trusted partner to business.
Accelerate value & make an impact by:
Provide leadership and direction in managing the daily operations of Employee Life Cycle Management/ Workforce Administration in Europe, ensuring consistent processes and controls are in place
Lead the transformation of localized employee life cycle data management in Europe to a global operating model across all European geographies and operating companies/BUs
Key leadership role, responsible for leading and directing a multi-cultural and lingual team responsible for contributing to the overall TBS vision by instilling a strong controls and quality environment, solutions and continuous improvement mindset into the organization to become best in class

University Degree and 8+ years HR Employee Lifecycle/ Workforce Administration Operations experience
Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle/workforce administration within a complex global environment, ideally including a Global Solutions or Shared Services Centre
Customer Centric and Solutions orientated aptitude with demonstrable experience in providing solutions based on customer needs
Proven track record in optimizing and delivering of global Workforce administration operations and services
Confident and persuasive with strong influencing skills
Comprehensive knowledge and skills in identifying and implementing process improvements
Fluency in English
Additional CIPP qualifications preferred
Experience of working with the Workday system is preferred but not essential
Fluency in an additional European language is advantageous
Up to 10% global travel
