As we continue our digital transformation and experience rapid growth in the U.S. and Europe, Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) is now hiring a HRSolutions Managerwith a passion for HR, digital solutions, and helping patients.

This is a vital role within the People Solutions function — a dynamic team within Takeda Business Solutions. People Solutions is a newly formed function within Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) with the objective of enabling Takeda’s business strategy, delivering simplification, improving service and ensuring a positive employee experience. ‘Building and Delivering Simplified and Innovative Solutions’ is our overarching vision with Patients at the centre of all that we do. 

As a HRSolutions Manager; Employee Lifecycle, you will be responsible for the employee lifecycle operations of a global pharmaceutical business.  Reporting to the Global Employee Lifecycle Lead you will be an innovative, trusted partner to business.

Accelerate value & make an impact by:

  • Provide leadership and direction in managing the daily operations of Employee Life Cycle Management/ Workforce Administration in Europe, ensuring consistent processes and controls are in place

  • Lead the transformation of localized employee life cycle data management in Europe to a global operating model across all European geographies and operating companies/BUs

  • Key leadership role, responsible for leading and directing a multi-cultural and lingual team responsible for contributing to the overall TBS vision by instilling a strong controls and quality environment, solutions and continuous improvement mindset into the organization to become best in class

Required qualifications:

  • University Degree and 8+ years HR Employee Lifecycle/ Workforce Administration Operations experience

  • Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle/workforce administration within a complex global environment, ideally including a Global Solutions or Shared Services Centre

  • Customer Centric and Solutions orientated aptitude with demonstrable experience in providing solutions based on customer needs

  • Proven track record in optimizing and delivering of global Workforce administration operations and services

  • Confident and persuasive with strong influencing skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge and skills in identifying and implementing process improvements

  • Fluency in English

Preferred qualifications:

  • Additional CIPP qualifications preferred

  • Experience of working with the Workday system is preferred but not essential

  • Fluency in an additional European language is advantageous

  • Up to 10% global travel
