Job Description


oAt least 5 years of experience as a systems and network analyst, preferably critical systems.

oKnowledge in a MES solution, preferably from Werum.

oLevel of English C1 or higher.

oAbility to work under pressure.

oGood communicator and ability to work in a team.


oProcure hardware/licenses, rack/stack, install OS, create VMs, open ports/network, execute IQ.

oAssist with connections to Process Control System, Historian, and Global Enterprise platforms

oManages MES device set up/configurations (label printers, scanners, hand-helds, PCs, etc)

oResolution of L1 support escalations related to interfaces, infrastructure/DB/OS and devices

oEscalation of support issues to Global MES Team

oPatching, Monitoring and Cyber Security

oDevice set up and configuration.


oSupports MES deployment on site, acting as right hand for the MES Project Manager and L1 support in all tasks related to MES.

oSupport the local IT Team, take responsibilities and tasks in a proactive way to leverage workload in the team.

oWork closely with the local manufacturing team and understand needs and priorities and use the knowledge to both improve the MES deployment and local IT support.

oRaise tickets with the needs to the Global Teams and proactively chase the resolution to avoid delays and dead ends.

oProvide on site support and coordinate any needs with other IT Teams, act as link between the local stakeholders and the IT department.

oReach providers and vendors to request and ensure support for the different devices in the plant, MES and general usage.

oAbility to elaborate and review SOPs, support on deviation investigation and change controls activities
