Job Description

- Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en equipos e instalaciones de producción y laboratorio en entornos asépticos.

- Gestionar y coordinar personal externo en la ejecución de las tareas de calibración y Mantenimiento.

- Preparar y revisar los certificados de calibración.

- Asegurarse de que las salas limpias y las instalaciones en general se mantengan en condiciones óptimas y en cumplimiento con los requisitos de GMP

- Mantener registros de equipos e instalaciones y escribir procedimientos de mantenimiento preventivo.

- Mejorar los procedimientos modificando, actualizando y creando SOP para solucionar problemas y/o mantener adecuadamente los equipos e instalaciones (HVAC).

- Brindar apoyo en el diagnóstico de circuitos eléctricos, problemas de control, problemas mecánicos y otros problemas que puedan surgir durante la operación, o durante paradas y reparaciones.

- Mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro; trabaje de manera segura siguiendo todos los POE de seguridad y use equipo de protección personal según sea necesario

- Preparar informes técnicos con recomendaciones para soluciones a problemas técnicos.

- Proporcionar capacitación al nuevo personal de mantenimiento junto con el Manager de Mantenimiento

- Utilizar herramientas analíticas, equipos de prueba y monitores.

- Mantener el estado de mantenimiento y de calibraciones de los equipos e instalaciones existentes siguiendo el Plan Maestro de Mantenimiento y de Calibraciones de la planta.

- Gestión y coordinación de personal interno y externo para la ejecución de tareas de mantenimiento.

- Especificar y solicitar la compra de componentes, recambios, fungibles y otros materiales.

- Sugerir mejoras en las áreas de trabajo en las que participe.

- Estar preparado para trabajar a turnos rotativos de mañana/tarde o fines de semana si así se solicita.

- Llevar a cabo las responsabilidades de control interno establecidas para los procedimientos de su trabajo.
