Job Description


Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.


- Present and sell company products and services to current and
potential clients.
- Report daily the contacts and the medical visit that has been made. Analyze the sales results
- Organize high scientific value meetings and activities with doctors to enhance product & company differentiation
- Be constantly updated on the pathology, market and the product that is selling

- University degree
- Medium English fluency level
- PC skills (CRM systems, Windows environment)

1. Prepares account plans to meet all objectives within allocated budget and activity

Demonstrate understanding of your country’s and region’s healthcare system and
how it impacts on your territory business.
3. Demonstrate full understanding of product strategies, key competitors, marketing
plan and communication objectives.
4. Develop long term business relationships through regular contact with relevant
Clinicians, non-clinical managers and other staff to maximise business
opportunities in both the secondary sector and relevant tiers of the primary care
5. Utilises all available resources, including technology, to analyse and manage
territory business.
6. Monitor own objectives v. target, activity v. target and spend v. budget and give
feedback to First Line Manager at agreed intervals.
7. Develop KOLs and product champions, maintain a list of speakers and co-ordinate
speaker meetings and symposia through close liaison with SM and colleagues
8. Utilise appropriate IT based control systems to plan and monitor business
9. Feeds back local competitor and market intelligence.
10. Achieve an acceptable level of understanding of all relevant training/marketing
11. Ensure personal conduct in consistent with the Takeda Vision and Values.
12. Communicates and exchanges information between all regional team members
and marketing teams to ensure maximum awareness and share best practice
13. Carry out other related tasks as requested by the Regional sales manager
Adheres and comply to Takeda Local and Global guidelines and national health
