Job Description

Major accountabilities

  • Design the assays required for the activities of the Pharmaceutical Development and be able to share and communicate the results and conclusion of these assays.
  • Analyze, interpret and evaluate the results of technical experiments. Propose technical solutions and provide support to other company departments. Actively participate in the investigations for deviations and 00S.
  • Share and communicate timely and dearly on project progress and technical results. Present data at individual, group and/or cross-functional meetings.
  • Document experimental results in a complete and concise manner in accordance with applicable company policies and practices. Participate to protocols, reports and other relevant documents effectively and adequately.
  • Maintain a high level of scientific and technical expertise, in touch with scientific literature and new technologies (department and project related). Be updated with the regulatory guidelines for validation and transfer.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
  • Contribute to efficient organization of the laboratory and purchasing of the consumables.

Skills, experiences and qualifications required for the job:

  • Required at least laboratory technician (FPII). Valuable degree in health science (bachelor degree).
  • Ability to read, write and speak in English and to communicate effectively.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology, either in academy or industry, ideally with quality systems in place:

Experience in cell culture.

Slow cytometry, HPLC, qPCR.

Practical knowledge on regulated environments and quality systems (ISO, GMP, GLP…), specifically in process/method validation.

  • Able work accurately and reliably and has good planning skills.
  • Tidy, neat and organized.
  • Quality driven and result oriented 8problem solving and analytical).
  • Strong work ethics. Teamwork. Big adaptability, dynamical, methodical, own initiative, capability of solve problems.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to travel
