Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a systems and network analyst, preferably critical systems.
  • Level of English C1 or higher.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communicator and ability to work in a team.

  • Responsible for installing and coordinating the deployment of computer systems and networks to meet the functional objectives of the business.
  • Local infrastructure support, support for the deployment of projects of local or global scope.
  • Analyze network or process designs and propose improvements, with priority on resilience and flexibility.
  • Plan and recommend new hardware, software, and business user solutions.
  • Act as the spearhead of global infrastructure development projects for local application.
  • Understand the physical and logical components of the LAN / WAN / wireless / VoIP network.
  • Investigate, analyze and apply solutions for incidents detected in the network or equipment.
  • Hold conferences with external teams to analyze incidents or requests for changes.
  • Coordinate and plan the work of internal and / or external teams to carry out projects.

Responsibilities

  • Supports core functions within the site and is expected to help advance strategic objectives to generate and sustain a unique critical infrastructure analysis and regional resilience capability for the division.
  • Foster additional collaboration with Takeda Global teams including the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams, as well as other groups where this can be leveraged to support critical infrastructure security and resilience related missions.
  • Provide strategic and technical leadership associated with multiple critical infrastructure analysis activities and projects with a broad range of stakeholders both internal and external. These activities include complex efforts that are coordinated with the stakeholders of different geographic regions and technical capabilities.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels both internal and external to the company. This includes coordinating interactions with various stakeholders within the company related to critical infrastructure security and resilience issues associated with critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Have a deep understanding of evolving critical infrastructure protection and resilience challenges and have demonstrated experience in providing subject matter expertise in critical infrastructure physical, cybersecurity, emergency management, and operations continuity to business
  • Interface with SMEs to provide expert advice, professional expertise, strategic insight, and other consulting services that advance strategic and long-term objectives to generate and sustain unique capabilities in these areas.
  • Lead small project teams charged with executing work for any deploying project, including coordinating activities of multi-disciplinary critical infrastructure analysis and technology development professionals to ensure high quality project outcomes.
  • Have exceptional communications skills and experience that allows them to speak authoritatively with critical infrastructure protection technical experts while also having the ability to explain highly technical subject matter to non-technical professionals in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Ability to elaborate and review SOPs, support on deviation investigation and change controls activities
