Join us in this newly created role of Business Support Coordinator at our modern UK head offices based in London Paddington (please note that travel to offices in Wooburn Green, Bucks will be required for training and induction purposes).

As a Business Support Coordinator supporting our Customer Excellence Operations team, you will be empowered to provide a best in class support service to our field based and head office employees with regards to external Health Care Professional (HCP) Meetings. Specifically in this role you will be responsible for the processing of expenditure costs, raising speaker contractual agreements and raising new vendor requests. You will need to show you are able to work within strict compliance guidelines and be adept at using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and Finance system (Ariba).


To be successful, you will need to demonstrate experience of working in a fast paced administrative support role in which you were working within tight regulatory guidelines. This is a busy role with plenty of variety so you will need to be able to work well in an environment with multiple priorities whilst keeping high attention to detail and accuracy. In return you will benefit from working with a highly motivated and passionate team who are committed to helping improve patients lives.

Key skills required

  • Previous experience in an administrative support role with high compliance/regulatory requirements.
  • An approachable team player who is willing to support others.
  • Windows proficient with good systems experience (Finance/CRM Systems)
  • Motivated to develop and improve yourself as well as work-related tasks or processes 
  • Good communication skills - able to support employees at all levels of the organisation
  • Desire to put people first and demonstrate the values of Takeda-ism
