Process Specialist – CPV Specialist (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung und Roll-out von Validierungskonzepten für die kontinuierliche Prozessverifizierung
  • Erstellung von Prozess-Risikoanalysen, CPV-Plänen und CPV-Berichten unter Verwendung von statistischen Trendanalysen am Standort
  • Teil des Projektmanagement und Abwicklung von CPV-Aktivitäten in Abstimmung mit globalen und lokalen Funktionen.
  • Beurteilung von geplanten Änderungen des Prozesses auf deren Validierungsrelevanz und deren Auswirkung auf den CPV-Plan
  • Beurteilung von prozess-relevanten Abweichungen aus der CPV-Analyse und Definition von CAPAs
  • Präsentation der CPV-Aktivitäten bei internen und externen Audits
  • Erstellung bzw. Review von validierungsrelevanten Sektionen in Registrierungsdokumenten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL/FH/Studium) in den Richtungen Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik, Biotechnologie oder verwandten Disziplinen
  • Vorzugsweise mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld
  • Sie besitzen eine analytische Denkweise und haben ein hohes technisches Grundverständnis
  • Fachausbildung hinsichtlich Validierung und CPV und allgemeiner GMP-Themen von Vorteil
  • Fundierter Umgang mit Office Applikationen und  Statistik Tools (z.B. Minitab, Discoverant)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch- Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie sind es gewohnt, selbstverantwortlich zu arbeiten, sind teamfähig und haben eine professionelle Einstellung und Freude an neuen und wachsenden Herausforderungen.
