Job Description

Senior Product Manager, HCP Marketing - GI


Be responsible for designing and operationalizing Health Care Provider (HCP) strategy for Entyvio in the US. Focus on:  Ownership and execution of key HCP Congresses and advocacy engagement initiatives, and designing core tactics in order to inform HCPs and drive the business.


  • Acts as the Entyvio’s national, regional and local congress strategy lead
  • Develops and pulls through core brand messaging and positioning aligned to Entyvio's strategic priorities
  • Leads the brand’s congress strategy, planning and execution, including all aspects associated with defining engagement, organizing, planning and post event wrap-up
  • Leads the brand’s promotional presence at the various congresses, including booth and stand design, and sponsorships, working with a cross-functional team of stakeholders
  • Leads the brand’s virtual congress strategy and innovative congress initiatives
  • Acts as point for working with the global organization on global congress cooperation
  • Drives pre and post congress-related promotional activity (non-personal and personal)
  • Acts as the sales force liaison for all national and regional congress activities
  • Designs congress tactics, develops creative briefs for agency involvement, and assures brand execution of messaging & strategy
  • Identifies critical design elements for initiatives/ promotions designed to inspire desired HCP behavior change
  • Partners with Analytics to distill insight, validate business opportunities, optimize marketing mix, and monitor ROI of individual tactics
  • Leads the brand’s Advocacy strategy, initiatives and relationships with professional HCP organizations



  • Bachelors Degree
  • At least 6 years experience with increasing responsibilities in sales, marketing or related function
  • Deep understanding of the brand/franchise, the pharmaceutical industry, and how to effectively engage HCPs
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross functional alignment and lead matrix teams.
  • Experience in marketing strategy and tactic design with an ability to communicate ideas to internal partners and external agencies, ability to clearly and succinctly communicate (verbally/written) at the executive level
  • Capable of leveraging data and analytics to distill insights and drive data-based decision making
  • Established leadership traits with an ability to mentor junior team members, collaborate effectively, and positively influence decisions


  • MBA
  • Experience in marketing positions at a commercial pharmaceutical organization


  • None required  


  • Able to sit for long periods at a desk
  • Able to read and review large quantities of printed material or online material


  • Travel to internal and external meetings including overnights and weekends will be required, estimated up to 20% travel.
