L’opérateur technique packing réalise les opérations de production du Packing en conditionnant les produits.

L’opérateur technique réalise également les opérations techniques et d’encodage des changements de Setups, il aide le technicien lors des checks de ligne et il contribue au bon remplissage des Job orders

  • Réaliser toutes les opérations de conditionnement de type bulk-pack pour expédition externe ou de stockage interne
  • Réaliser les opérations de conditionnement des produits TVR, Advate, IGIV, AHFR sur les lignes de conditionnement
  • Réaliser les opérations techniques et d’encodage des changements de Setups :
  • Line clearance et approbation d’aire
  • Mettre un rouleau sur la machine au minimum
  • Assurer la conformité des produits suivant le BOM
  • Assurer le réglage de l’outillage opérationnel, systèmes d’impression / check machine
  • Assurer le suivi des documents, encodage et archivage en collaboration avec le technicien
  • Utiliser les machines avant, pendant et après (set up) l’activité d’emballage, sous le contrôle du technicien : Libra / Groninger / autres équipements d’emballage
  • Line clearance et approbation d’aire
  • Qualité :
  • Veiller au respect strict et systématique des GMP
  • Veiller au respect des GDP (Bonne Pratique de Documentation)
  • E.H.S:
  • Veiller au respect des consignes et procédure de sécurité en vigueur
  • Veiller au maintien de l’ordre et de la propreté de la zone verte

Votre profil:

  • Ecole secondaire
  • 5S
  • Connaissance de la fonction de l’emballage et du mirage, de son environnement et des procédures
  • Personne de terrain, polyvalente, autonome et disponible
  • Respectueux des règles et conscient des impératif de sécurité et de qualité
  • Respect strict et systématique des GMP
  • Respect des GDP (Bonne Pratique de Documentation)
  • Respect des consignes et procédure de sécurité en vigueur
  • Veiller au maintien de l’ordre et de la propreté de la zone verte
