About the role
Takeda has embarked into an ambitious digital journey that will enable best-in-class processes in manufacturing and supply chain. As part of the digital core, we are deploying manufacturing execution systems (MES) across our global manufacturing network. In this role, you will be acting as Global Functional Analyst to successfully deliver MES across Takeda.
How you will contribute
Responsible for coordination of new MES system releases at Takeda from business need gathering, global system deployment and qualification and delivery to the sites.
Participate in the definition and deployment of global standard MES interfaces to Level 4, 3 and 2 systems (ERP, LIMS, DMS, Inmation/SAIL).
Provide support on the review of vendor documentation including FS and FAT/SAT protocols.
Support with the development and execution of global validation test scripts (IQ/OQ).
Work with Site System Owner and Technical SMEs to deploy, test and troubleshoot interfaces locally.
Support the analysis of issues and bugs reported by the sites and coordinate corresponding hot fixes deployment.
Bachelor's degree or >5 years of MES experience.
>3 years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of plasma, biologics, and small molecule manufacturing.
Experience with Werum/Körber PAS-X
Experience with Siemens Opcenter.
Experience of Computerized System Validation, System Development Life Cycle and Change Management processes
Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
