Rôle

L’ingénieur participe à la gestion du système de management de la sécurité et de l’environnement. Il assure, plus particulièrement, le suivi et l’amélioration du programme de gestion des services de production

Responsabilités

  • Assurer l’accompagnement d’un ou plusieurs départements pour la gestion des aspects suivants :
  • Analyses et diminution des risques
  • Analyses des causes d’accident et presqu’accident visites EHS
  • Assurer l’évaluation des risques dans les phases projet. Participe à la gestion du système de management de la sécurité et de l’environnement et notamment :
  • À la vérification de la conformité réglementaire,
  • À la mise à jour des instructions de travail,
  • Aux audits EHS y compris la préparation et suivi des plans d’actions d’audits EHS,
  • À l’organisation des communications EHS,
  • À la formation des travailleurs
  • Prendre en charge la mise en place de nouveaux projets EHS
  • Suivi et amélioration du programme de gestion des sous-traitants (back-up)
  • Accompagnement des services techniques dans la gestion des activités des sous-traitants : analyse de risque, plan de prévention, visite des interventions, coaching des responsables de chantier,… (back-up)
  • Visites des zones extérieures(back-up)
  • Coordination de chantier (back-up)
  • Appliquer les standards déployés par l’organisation pour atteindre « l’excellence opérationnelle ».

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent par l’expérience professionnelle,
  • Diplôme de Conseiller en prévention niveau 2 ou équivalent,
  • 5 ans d'expérience dans un service de sécurité et santé,
  • ENG, FR – courant,
  • Capacité d’analyse et d’effectuer un feedback clair et précis,
  • Disponibilité, flexibilité,
  • Communication aisée et franche avec ses collègues et supérieurs,
  • Ecriture soignée,
  • Ouvert, sociable, capable de s’intégrer rapidement dans un team de 8 personnes,
  • Formé à la réalisation d’HAZOP est un plus.
