As Medical Lead Haema, you will be involved in development and introduction of medical strategy for the company’s product portfolio in Haematology/Immunology. Management of the business medical support team to further strengthen the Company’s position in the Ukraine/Belarus/Moldova cluster pharmaceutical market.

A typical day will include:

•             Analysis of trends in development of Haematology/Immunology

•             Development and implementation of the medical strategic plan of products promotion

•             Analysis of requests for medical information about the Company’s products from internal and external clients to identify common nature of the requests

•             Control over planning, organizations and implementation of medical projects (deadlines, quality of works) for the appropriate portfolio of the Company

•             Development of the plan of publications in the therapeutic area

•             Scientific and medical expert validation of materials for registration/renewals of medical products of the Company, including package leaflets

•             Preparation of scientific and medical information for presentations to healthcare institutions by request and in cooperation with Market Access Department

•             Analysis of subordinates’ performance, timely provision of feedback and adjustment of tasks, control over performance over tasks and objectives set

•             Provision of conditions for the professional development of the subordinates and of performance by them of their individual development plans and professional competencies

•             Building cross functional team and establishment of working processes

•             Submission of proposals to the line management on improvement of medical information exchange on internal and external clients of the Company

•             Performance of individual tasks and assignment of immediate manager within the framework of the working processes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•             Higher Medical degree

  • 10+ years of total experience
  • Successful experience in the area of Medical Affairs from 5 years in large reputable organization/s
  • Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical industry and stakeholder management
  • Successful interactions with KOLs, professional HCPs associations, NGOs

•             Additional experience and trainings in Medical Affairs

•             Knowledge and experience in people management is an advantage

  • Experience in practicing medicine for few years is also an advantage
  • English language level not lower than Upper intermediate

•             Organizational skills

•             Business planning

•             The ability to make decisions and bear responsibility for it

•             Strategic thinker

•             Collaborative style of leadership, interpersonal and relationship building skills

•             Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•             Goal oriented, focused, energetic, and enthusiastic
