As we continue our digital transformation and experience rapid growth in the U.S. and Europe, Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) is now hiring a Regional HCM Operations Analyst with a passion for HR Technologies, digital solutions, and helping patients.
This is a vital role within the Finance Solutions function— a dynamic team within Takeda Business Solutions. People Solutions is a newly formed function within Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) with the objective of enabling Takeda’s business strategy, delivering simplification, improving service and ensuring a positive employee experience. ‘Building and Delivering Simplified and Innovative Solutions’ is our overarching vision with Patients at the center of all that we do.
As a Regional HCM Operations Analyst, you will provide troubleshooting support for Workday issues and be the first point of contact for HR systems questions. Reporting to the Regional HCM Operations Manager, you will be an innovative, trusted partner to business and Takeda Business Solutions team.
Accelerate value & make an impact by:
- Owning all regional HCM activities and initiatives for Americas region
- Monitoring case management system and being the escalation point for issues and requests
- Assisting with functional and end-user training and support
- 1-3 years of experience with Workday systems corporate
- Experience with ServiceNow case management system
- Project management knowledge
- Fluency in English is essential
- Demonstrate ability to establish partnership and strong working relationship globally
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills required
