  • Manage the creation of post-deal analytics and adherence initiatives for all channels in the USBU and provide quantitative analytical support to VP, Contracts & Pricing, Senior Director of Government Pricing, and Director of Reimbursement.
  • Lead the Gross to Net (GTN) accrual process and providing accurate accrual estimates and critical payor information to Finance Business Unit Partners and USBU Controller
  • Act as C&P liaison to external groups within the USBU
  • Strategic collaboration with Managed Market leadership, Contracts and Pricing Contracting leads, and Finance to validate US market access strategy through post-deal analytics


  • Develop, enhance and implement reporting in order to track performance, commitment, and compliance to our customers and business partners and identify areas of potential improvement.  
  • Manage the development of key post-deal therapeutic area analytics for government reporting, Franchise strategy adherence, and pricing strategy compliance.
  • Creation and development of comprehensive contracting and channel assessments originating from the adjudication of Takeda contracts, including both the profitability of specific payer/channel agreements and the consistency of these contracts with USBU strategy.
  • Develop pricing strategy models based on varying price impact scenarios for agreements, Accruals, GP, Pricing legislation, etc.
  • Creating liability impact analyses resulting from changes in the industry, due to account merger and acquisitions, Gross to Net (GTN) SWOT, supplier inventory adjustments, Product pricing changes, and potential product bundling scenarios.
  • Assess impact to reimbursement and compliance of customers to contracts when Gen Med, specialty, and Plasma Derived Therapy products are faced with patent loss, new competitors, and contractual changes.
  • Monitoring price changes for those products identified in Takeda’s competitive baskets and determining formulary compliance as identified in Takeda’s contracts


  • Bachelor’s degree minimum requirement, Masters degree preferred
  • 5-years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, preference for Managed Markets and/or Finance.
  • Proven track record of leading and driving business process transformation and organizational culture change as well as delivering on programs with complex business deliverables
  • Health care business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
