Takeda has received reports that there are instances of identity thieves posing as Takeda employees in an attempt to steal personal information from job seekers. In these cases, identity thieves visit job-related websites and invite candidates to online chats. During the chat, they press job seekers to provide bank account information and personal identification numbers. Job Description

Our IT team plays an integral role in accelerating this exciting journey and our Technical Capability Center (TCC) is the future home of 250-300 new Takeda employees who will work to create and deliver the products and technologies that will enable these foundational aspirations.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Deliveryofcommunicationsactivitiesacross ERP productsto achieve theERP Product Managementvisionand ensuringan effective enduserexperience. Ensuringend users are informed effectively about ERP products, strategies and roadmap. 

  • Execution of activities as required

  • Guidanceon best practice as required

  • Maintainand deliver against ourbest in class communicationstrategy

  • Identify and implement improvements

  • Generatea range ofcommunications materials and assets for useensuring ease of access to communications, clarity and consistency of messages.

  • Collaborate withrelevant stakeholdersto ensure appropriate messaging 

  • Champion and drivecommunicationsactivities within the organization using project management methodologies andeffective communication methods for reporting and engagement

  • As a member of the Change andCommunications team support other team activities as needed

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Essential

  • Appropriate Bachelor’s in related specialization area (e.g. Change Management,Communications,Business Administration)is essential.

  • 2+ years of experience inan area ofCommunications in an IT functionpreferable

  • Excellent English language skills

  • Experience communicatingacross multiple platforms and media

  • Ability to develop communication materials (text and design) for different media

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.

  • Ability to work successfully in multi-cultural teams and to build strong relationship with key local and global stakeholders

  • A strong executor, ability to implement deliverables in a timely and effective manner

  • Excellent organizational skills. 

Desirable

  • Experience inCommunicationforERP Products e.g. SAP, JDE,Ariba.

  • Additional Language Skills desirable –e.g.Japanese,German, French, Spanish. 

  • Experience in business partnering providing a support service internally to business stakeholders

  • Solid IT skills and a quick learner of new project systems as well asdesign and media applications and tools 

  • Open to new ways of working and applying new methodologies

  • Flexibility to travel to countries/regions where necessary

  • Strong skills in: Office 365, Sharepoint, Yammer, Teams, Forms, Adobe Products

Salaries start from : 30'600 EUR gross/year
