As a Manager, Neuroscience Franchise Strategy, you will be empowered to provide key strategic planning, operational and program management support for the Neuroscience Franchise Marketing organization.
Develops clear understanding of the Neuroscience Business Unit (NSBU) franchise marketing strategies and key priorities to provide strategic planning and operational support
Provide program management leadership of key franchise planning activities including, but not limited to Brand Strategic Planning, Alliance Planning and other key franchise initiatives. Monitors program status, manages issues and risks, and effectively communicates updates to ensure successful execution.
Supports development of franchise Learning & Development, Governance and NSBU leadership initiatives.
Participates in planning and execution of annual Brand Strategic Planning Workshops.
Provides coordination and build of franchise presentations (Monthly Leadership Reviews, Lead Team and Staff meetings)
Collaborates across Brand, Multi-Channel Marketing, Marketing Capabilities and Analytics & Insights to ensure planning deliverables are met.
Provides program management support to NSBU Franchise leadership team (VP, Strategy, Brand Leads), as applicable.
Monitor and support franchise strategy budget, as applicable
EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
3-5 years of progressive experience in healthcare or pharma marketing roles with relevant program management experience
Understanding of marketing strategy development with an ability to communicate ideas to internal partners and external agencies
Ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams, driving alignment across key stakeholders
Strong influencing, communication, collaboration and presentation skills
Proven track record of delivering results
Experience in the pharma, neuroscience
