In these cases, identity thieves visit job-related websites and invite candidates to online chats. During the chat, they press job seekers to provide bank account information and personal identification numbers. If you receive unexpected offers of employment from people claiming to work for Takeda, we suggest you do not correspond with them, do not click any hyperlinks and do not open any attachments.
At Takeda, we will never ask for personal financial information during any step of the interview nor do we charge job seekers fees as part of the recruitment process. As the Global Brand Senior Manager-Hereditary Angioedema (HAE) working in Global Product & Launch Strategy (GPLS) team, Takeda’s Global Commercial Strategy unit, you will be empowered to assist in the development of growth and competitive strategies, help drive successful global launch(es) and provide strategic input to future product life-cycle innovations.
Drive the global growth of HAE by developing and implementing growth and competitive strategies and tactics
Play a key role in aligning global cross-functional partners and regions to develop strategies and resources that meet patient needs today and for the future
Support the global cross-functional team efforts on product innovation and/or indication launch; develop resources and measures success.
Lead the digital efforts of the brand team with new and innovative ways of addressing the needs of the patient
Lead the planning for global congresses in coordination with the regions
Help shape the global competitive response to address current and future market dynamics
Define and implement specific growth marketing initiatives in partnership with the Global cross-functional team and the Regions.
Drive activities with Global Agency of Record in support of the development and management of the commercial initiatives, campaign, and resources
EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Undergraduate degree in business, science, or related discipline required. An advanced degree (MD or MBA) is preferred
5+ years experience, pharma/biotech industry preferred and 3+ years product marketing experience required.
Previous rare disease and/or launch experience is preferred.
International product marketing experience is preferred.
Ability to travel up to 15%, including international travel, required (when travel resumes)
