ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Leads the BioLife Transformation office responsible to meet plasma collections growth and cost improvement objectives in support of PDT aspirations to serve more patients (75%)
  • Ensures transformation sprint activities are prioritized and completed to achieve near-term and longer-term results projected in 2020 MRP and LRF.
  • Oversees the day-to-day priorities and focus of the Transformation Office and Workstream Leads to support People, Process, and Value objectives
    • People – Change Management, Communications, HR
    • Process – Project Management, Regulatory, Quality/Legal/Tech
    • Value – Finance
  • Identifies cross-team interdependencies and drives to resolution
  • Surfaces risks, facilitates the development of mitigation strategies, and oversees their implementation
  • Ensures strong governance and communication to support desired results
    • Ensures a constantly up to date view of an integrated roadmap across all workstreams
    • Facilitates cross-team communication
    • Manages all updates and follow-ups to the BioLife and PDT SteerCo
  • Oversight and Support of Agile and Digital Product Teams (25%)
  • Ensure initiatives and Agile Teams are consistent with overall strategy and ambition
  • Provides strategic guidance and pressure tests Agile Teams’ business cases and pilot assumptions

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Essential:  Bachelor’s Degree. 10+ years in a healthcare/medical related capacity

Desired:

  • Past history of successful project management, continuous improvement management and or leadership experience is highly desirable.
  • Project management, Supply Chain Operating Systems, and Financial management skills are necessary. Lean and or Six Sigma Green/ Black Belt skills desired, certification preferred
